PHP security vulnerability (October 2026): parcelLab not affected

On October 20, 2026, the PHP project disclosed a critical security vulnerability (https://www.php.net/archive/2026.php#2026-10-20-1). We have reviewed our systems and confirmed that the parcelLab platform and all parcelLab services are not affected, as none of them run on PHP. No action is required from our customers in relation to parcelLab.

Our public marketing website (parcellab.com) previously ran on PHP. It is hosted completely separately from the parcelLab platform, with no connection to platform systems or customer data. As a precaution, it was replaced with static content on October 21, 2026 at 09:00 CEST.

If your own shop or systems run on PHP (for example Magento, WordPress or similar), we recommend checking with your provider and applying the PHP security update as soon as it is available. Such exposure is independent of parcelLab and does not affect the data you share with us.
