API Error Response Rate Elevated

API is operating in normal bounds now. Critical endpoints have been isolated at the infrastructure level, and will be kept in service in order to ensure availability.

We are still observing intermittent time windows of elevated error rate for responses from our API. Retries of the same request are typically successful. Our team is investigating with highest priority.
