Returns Portal Intermitted API Errors

Due to a misapplied networking change in the central server cluster the return portal APIs have been partially not able to process requests for about 15 minutes.

Due to these API errors, a share of end users have been expose to error message, inability to register the return or generate a label.

We are planning next steps in order to properly isolate configurations of shared networking components, to avoid these incidents in the future.
