Service API seems to be down

Root cause has been identified to be a dependency conflict of the queue system, we are investigating further.

Retailers without an automatic retry mechanism are advised to re-send data between the times:

• from Nov 24, 2023 23:11 pm (UTC)
• to Nov 24, 2023 8:23 am (UTC)

Within a part of this time frame, a part of the API fleet was unhealthy and therefore could not accept requests and responded with a 500 error code.

Service is back up.
